Check-in starts at 15:00. Use the keypad at the street door, then collect the apartment keys from the lockbox beside the lift. The code is shared privately before arrival. Drop bags from 12:00 on request.

Check-out is by 10:00. Leave keys on the kitchen table, switch off air conditioning, and close the shutters. Need a later departure? Request late check-out from Services.

Quiet hours are 22:00-08:00. Please keep the courtyard gate closed, avoid smoking indoors, and message the host before inviting extra overnight guests. Recycling bins are under the sink.

Network: CasaSereno Guest. The password is on the welcome card by the espresso machine. The writing desk by the window has two sockets, a USB-C charger, and the fastest signal in the apartment.
